These hats are 100% made in the great State of Texas. Starting with a high quality plastic
sheet, each hat is carefully thermoformed over a fiberglass mold. Once cooled it gets
coated with enamel red paint. Next we trim the hats out and apply the weather resistant
white vinyl lettering.
